簡(jiǎn)單介紹

Agilent 54754A差分和單端模塊擁有兩個(gè) 18 GHz 通道，兩者均帶有內(nèi)置 TDR 步進(jìn)發(fā)生器。這兩個(gè)通道可以一起使用來(lái)提供差分或共模 TDR 激勵(lì)/響應(yīng)，也可以獨(dú)立使用。當(dāng)不使用 TDR/TDT 步進(jìn)發(fā)生器時(shí)，任何一個(gè)通道都可以作為一個(gè)正常的示波器垂直系統(tǒng)使用。

54754A差分和單端模塊帶有3.5 mm（陽(yáng)性）連接器的兩個(gè)18 GHz電通道

典型均方根噪聲：0.25 mV（12.4 GHz帶寬）、0.5 mV（18 GHz帶寬）
*大輸入信號(hào)： ± 2 Vdc
兩個(gè)內(nèi)置步進(jìn)發(fā)生器可配置用于1端口、2端口共模或2端口差模TDR或TDT測(cè)量。
內(nèi)置TDR/TDT校準(zhǔn)、用戶可選的邊沿速度、S參數(shù)（需要A.06.01或更高版本的主機(jī)固件。S參數(shù)需要選件202）

54754A差分和單端模塊描述
